Contact the municipality that owns it (the link to its booking page is on each listing). Ask about capacity, kitchen equipment, closing time, deposit and any cleaning fee. Weekend dates go fast: book 1 to 3 months ahead.
It depends on the venue: many packages include the snack and cake, others accept your own. Mention it in your request, along with any allergies.
For a Saturday or a Wednesday afternoon, allow 3 to 6 weeks, more in December and before school holidays. Sending the request to 2 or 3 providers improves your chance of a free date.
